* How you treat you, is how you teach others to treat you.

* You cannot give to others without taking from yourself, even in the most basic sense, so it’s imperative to give to yourself first.

* On bad mental health days, we tend to fall back to our simple, ingrained routines- so start making self-care a part of that daily and you’ll fall back to it when you need it most!

* Self-care ISNT selfish, it’s necessary.

* Self-care ISNT a reward, it’s a health behavior just like brushing your teeth.

* Self-care ISNT just taking bubble baths, eating your favorite foods, or skipping a social outing to rest and recoup; it’s doing the chores you’ve been procrastinating, practicing basic health hygiene, and utilizing coping skills.
