You do not need any special device or software to access online sessions! You can access online sessions via any device that has internet access.

In the event that you are unable to afford counseling services at the current flat rate, due to financial hardship or enrollment at a university, I do accept a limited number of clients who may qualify for sliding scale services. Sliding scale services allow me to offer affordable counseling based on client income.
Some insurance companies will reimburse clients for counseling services and some will not. In addition, most will require a diagnosis of a mental-health condition to do so. Any diagnosis made will become part of your permanent insurance records. Due to this requirement, I do not accept insurance. It is my belief that diagnoses should be made on a need-by-need basis, not as indicated and enforced by insurance agencies. However, should you be interested in reimbursement from insurance, I am able and willing to provide you with a diagnosis and receipt for you to submit to your health insurance company.
